Blueprint for Kindness was created to strengthen our community through thoughtfully designed charitable experiences. At its core, this nonprofit is about using intention, accountability, and creativity to support meaningful causes- bringing people together to do good in a way that feels purposeful, engaging, and impactful.
Rather than simply fundraising, Blueprint for Kindness focuses on creating experiences that inspire generosity, connection, and long-term community investment. Each event is thoughtfully designed to directly support carefully selected community partners.

This organization exists to bring individuals, businesses, and local partners together in support of meaningful causes- creating connections that extend beyond a single event and foster a culture of generosity, care, and collaboration.

Blueprint for Kindness was founded by Erin Wallander, owner and principal designer of Phases of Design. After years of working closely with clients and community partners, Erin saw the power of thoughtful planning and design to create real change-not just in spaces, but in people’s lives.
Blueprint for Kindness was born as an extension of those values: careful intention, trust, and the belief that when something is designed well, it can make a lasting impact far beyond its original purpose.
Blueprint for Kindness partners with local and regional organizations that are making a tangible difference in our community, with a focus on:

All funds raised through events and initiatives are directed entirely to selected beneficiary organizations, ensuring that support goes where it is needed most.
